  2.              Wright Patterson AFB : What's Going On There?

  5.  - Captain Edward Ruppelt while head of the U.S. Air Force's Air
  6.    Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) "Project Bluebook", was
  7.    stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
  8.  
  9.  - Some believe Wright-Patterson to be a 24 hour Top Secret UFO
  10.    monitoring and research station.
  11.  
  12.  - After the July 2, 1947 crash of a UFO at Roswell, New Mexico, the
  13.    wreckage of the craft was loaded onto a B-29 and shipped directly
  14.    to Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

  16.  - Wright Field (as it was formerly known) was the headquarters for
  17.    the Air Materiel Command (AMC). General Nathan Twining was the
  18.    Commanding General of the AMC back in 1947. He is also implicated
  19.    as being one of the original "MJ-12" members.

  21.  - Gun camera film taken from F-86A Sabre jets in 1953-54 was later
  22.    taken to Wright-Patterson AFB for evaluation.

  24.  - Colonel John Burnett was the Air Attache to the Foreign Technology
  25.    Division at Wright-Pat in 1965 and met with a Captain Bruce Cathie,
  26.    a New Zealand airline pilot who related to Burnett that he had
  27.    discovered evidence for a "worldwide grid system used by UFOs".
  28.    Burnett revealed to Cathie that intensive UFO research was going
  29.    on there. In Cathie's second book he says the following..."The
  30.    scientific laboratory there, set up for the purpose, was described
  31.    as a complex of buildings covering a large area and staffed by
  32.    many of the world's top scientists. Experimental work was carried
  33.    out twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year.

  35.  - The crash of a 100ft in diameter saucer with 16 dead aliens aboard
  36.    near Aztec, New Mexico in 1948, had its remains sent to Wright-Pat
  37.    shortly thereafter.

  39.  - In a book by Jean-Charles Fumoux in 1981 entitled "Preuves
  40.    Scientifiques OVNI", the author relates how Leon B. Visse, an
  41.    alleged expert on histons (elements connected with cellular
  42.    genetic material) was invited in 1959 to a military compound at
  43.    Wright-Patterson AFB, where he was asked to perform an experiment
  44.    on the histonic weight of particular cells. Visse was later taken
  45.    into a special room where he viewed two humanoid corpses.

  47.  - Leonard Stringfield contacted a former Navy test pilot known as
  48.    "P.J.", who related the story of him and several other Navy pilots
  49.    coming across a saucer-shaped aircraft which was being guarded at
  50.    Wright-Patterson AFB back in April/1962. He was puzzled by the
  51.    seeming lack of security since the object was not located in the
  52.    test facility of the AFB.

  54.  - Tommy Blann, a researcher, interviewed a Colonel "X" who said,
  55.    "In the earlier years they had taken some bodies to this base,
  56.    but later it depended on where they were found. They had a hell
  57.    of a time setting up procedures for this operation, as well as
  58.    getting craft out of the area without it being observed. Usually
  59.    this was done at nighttime." Colonel"X" also told Blann that he
  60.    believed that in more recent years the bodies were flown outside
  61.    the U.S. to a secret naval installation on an island in the Pacific.

  63.  - Senator Barry Goldwater was denied access into a building at Wright
  64.    Patterson AFB because it was classified above Top Secret. Goldwater
  65.    did say that he understood that a plan was underway to release all
  66.    or part of this material sometime in the future...although he didn't
  67.    know what it was, he did say that he was aware of the rumours.
